Terms & Conditions

• Packages are non-refundable and non-transferable. Please note that all sales are FINAL.
• One year contract requires a minimum of ten months payment if early withdrawal is requested
• Six month contract requires a minimum of five months payment if early withdrawal is requested
• Three month contract requires full payment of the contract if early withdrawal is requested
• Packages must be activated within 30 days of purchase or it will be rendered void
• Packages expire 6 months from first use
• Cash, checks, cashier’s checks and credit cards are accepted methods of payment
• All memberships must remain current and in good standing
• All practitioners are required to submit a signed “New Student Form” prior to their first XploreYoga class.
• No late attendees for Yin & Restorative classes.
• Discretionary 5-minute grace period is provided for late attendees.  Studio reserves the right to close class.

Returned Check Policy

Any bank penalties and/or fees will be charged to the payor.

Cancellation Policy

30 day email notification to is required to cancel XploreYoga memberships.
